By using this Card, you agree to the following: Rates are base on one time use of the card using local access numbers. All Calls, using toll free 800 numbers will be charged an addition 5¢ per minute. Service provider is not responsible for local and regional phone charges, which may apply using local access number. Local and regional phone company charges may apply. No connection fees. An 89¢ weekly fee 24 hours after first use applies. 1 + 3 minute rounding and a 20% service fee apply to each call. Pay phone charge 79¢ applies if used from payphone. Service provided by Global Connect Telecommunications, Inc. International cellular billed at higher rate. Toll free access billed at 5¢ per minute higher rate. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Card expires 90 days from first use. Minutes advertised and announced may be less due to application of surcharges and fees. Distributor and service provider is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use. Card’s liability limits to its face value.
