- For GSM phones: PRESS *888* + (PIN number) + # + SEND.
- For TDMA phones: PRESS #20 + (PIN number) + # + SEND.
- Immediately dial 611 and select option to "Bonus Features".
- Follow the prompts to select the desired feature package. Feature package must be added separately after card value is added to the account Call 600 or 1-800-901-9878 with questions concerning your account or to check your balance.
