These Terms govern your use of the PinZoo website and services, operated by PinZoo ("PinZoo", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
PinZoo lets you buy prepaid wireless refills for supported US carriers and international mobile top-ups. Refills and payments are processed by our payment and refill partner. No account is required to place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method you provide.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct phone number, carrier, country and plan. Refills sent to a number or carrier you entered incorrectly cannot be reversed.
4. Prices and service fees
A service fee may apply to each order. The refill amount, service fee, any taxes and the total are shown before you pay.
5. Refunds
- Refills that loaded successfully are final and can't be refunded or cancelled, including refills sent to a wrong number, wrong carrier or plan, a change of mind, or carrier-side issues.
- If a refill did not load or failed to deliver, you can request a refund at any time; there is no time limit. Many failed refills are refunded automatically.
- Auto Pay can be cancelled at pinzoo.com/help with "Unsubscribe From Autopay"; completed payments can't be refunded.

6. Auto Pay
- Auto Pay is optional; you choose whether to enroll.
- On each renewal we charge the same amount to the same payment method you used when enrolling.
- You can cancel anytime online, with no login required, using Unsubscribe From Autopay on our Help page, or by emailing support@pinzoo.com.
7. Limitation of liability
PinZoo is not responsible for carrier service outages, carrier plan terms, or delays outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
